Dr. Jason's journey began in 1997 when he graduated from Life Chiropractic College with a Bachelor's degree in Science and Nutrition and a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Since then, he has dedicated his career to family practice, distinguishing himself as one of a select few clinicians in the U.S. board-certified in Neuropathy by the American College of Physiology. With over twenty-five years of hands-on patient care, he is also certified in Trigenics treatments and personally oversees each patient's care plan to ensure top-notch results.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Jason is a devoted family man, cherishing his wife Jamie and their three wonderful children: Peyton, Hunter, and Jaxon. He is deeply embedded in his community, having served as the past president of the Lighthouse Point/Pompano Beach Rotary Club, contributing to the Frankie Foundation’s board, and actively participating in his Church's outreach programs, mission work, and weekly prayer groups. Dr. Jason's holistic approach combines modern medical technology, evidence-based therapies, and personal faith, reflecting his belief in the interconnected healing of body, mind, and soul.

John Kaplon serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Lighthouse Medical Center and is also the Director of Neuropathy Treatment Programs. In his role, John is responsible for overseeing the center’s day-to-day operations, managing all employees, implementing new ideas and programs to grow Lighthouse Medical Center’s ability to help the community, and ensuring that every patient receives care with love and compassion. John is known for greeting each patient by name when they arrive and giving out big hugs to bring joy to those who may need it.

John brings a unique blend of medical and business expertise to his role. His early career was spent in Neurosurgery and Trauma at several Level 1 Trauma centers across the United States, gaining firsthand experience in high-stakes medical environments. After a decade in the medical field, John transitioned to the corporate world, where he excelled in business management.

He earned multiple awards for his outstanding contributions at leading financial firms, including Northwestern Mutual Financial Services, Mass Mutual Financial Group, Strategic Financial Partners, and White and McGowan Financial Capital Partners. Through his individual production and team leadership in management, he was elevated to more executive leadership positions where he was focused on building teams that worked together to achieve a common goal of growth and efficiency for the company they devote their careers to each day.

Yuleisy Coto, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is an advanced practice provider specializing in functional and regenerative medicine, stem cell and biologic therapies, hormone optimization, interventional pain management, and aesthetic medicine. With over a decade of clinical experience across acute hospital care and private practice, he offers a refined, concierge-style approach to personalized health and longevity.

Trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine, Empire Medical Training, and Evexia/EvexiPEL, Mr. Coto designs highly individualized care plans that address the root causes of disease while enhancing vitality, performance, and quality of life. His clinical expertise includes bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, advanced regenerative and stem cell-based treatments, joint and soft-tissue interventions, medical weight management, and aesthetic rejuvenation

Jennifer Nardella is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She originally attended Florida International University for Public Relations where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications . Jennifer then pursued her interest in Nursing, graduating from Nova Southeastern University with her Bachelors, and later her Masters in Family Nursing.

She has had training in the field of emergency medicine, pain management, primary care and hormone optimization. Jennifer enjoys inspiring others to consciously commit to self-development and is a huge proponent of patient education. She understands that communication is the key to success and encourages patients to know their medical needs and understand treatment plans.

Dr. Don Pham completed his undergraduate studies in Integrative Physiology at the University of Iowa and completed his graduate studies at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He focuses his practice on functional medicine and integrative treatments. He has experienced many positive outcomes and enthusiastically shares this with his patients.

Dr. Pham's other passions include exploring, adventuring and cultural exchange. He has been to 37 countries and counting. He is active in Pilates, local sports leagues, and swimming. Dr. Pham promotes a balanced lifestyle that includes proper maintenance of one's physical, emotional and spiritual self.He invites all types of patients, for health transformation, health awareness, and optimized wellbeing.

Dr. Naveed Shafi received his Board Certification in Sports Medicine in 2003 and has been practicing Sports Medicine and Non-surgical Orthopedics in South Florida ever since.

After earning his M.D., he completed his residency and board certification at the Cleveland Clinic, where he participated as one of the team physicians for the Florida Panthers NHL hockey team, Florida Bobcats professional arena football team, and the Miami Fusion MLS professional soccer team. In addition, his residency experience includes work with Texas Christian University, Southern Methodist University, the Special Olympics, and various high schools.

Dr. Shafi completed fellowship and board certification in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the University of South Carolina, where he served as a team physician for the all 19 of the USC Fighting Gamecocks Division I athletic teams, the Capital City Bombers professional baseball team, the Columbia City Ballet, and several community sponsored road races. He has served as physician for several NCAA championships and Olympic Athletes as well.

He joined Lighthouse Medical Center after serving as Medical Director, Professor, and Head Team Physician for all 17 Florida Atlantic University teams. He brings to Lighthouse Medical Center knowledge and expertise in neck, back, and hip pain assessment, traumatic injury rehabilitation and non-surgical orthopedics. He is a certified Medical Review Officer, and is also certified in Hyperbaric and Dive Medicine. As a physician and a former certified personal trainer, Dr. Shafi enjoys all aspects of health and fitness in his professional and personal life, and is known by his patients and staff as a charismatic physician that devotes quality time to his patients.
